If you are not completely satisfied with BoneTown or BoneCraft, simply return within 30 days for a full refund. Just email techsupport@bonetown.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will credit your payment method back in full. If you have technical issues preventing you from enjoying the game, please email us with the issue and we will try our best to fix it. If we can’t, we will refund your purchase. (To make sure your computer is compatible with the game before purchase, please see the specifications in our Technical FAQ.)
PRIVACY POLICY
We will NEVER give away or sell your information. The email address you give us will be used only to deliver information about your purchase and to occasionally inform you of BoneTown and BoneCraft updates. Unless you order a DVD copy of the game, we will never send anything to your physical address. If you do order a DVD copy of the game, it will be mailed to you in discreet packaging with no indication of its contents. The return address will read “D-Dub Software,” and we will never send you anything else in the mail. All of our billing solutions use the latest in security technology to ensure that your purchase is safe.
